How quickly can you start?
Usually 1-2 weeks from signing. We don't drag our feet with "discovery phases" that last months. Quick kickoff call, access to your systems, and we're off.
Do you only work with big companies?
Nope. We work with everyone from 3-person startups to 100-person companies. Sweet spot is teams with 5-50 engineers who need serious infrastructure help but can't hire a full platform team yet.
What if we're not on AWS?
We're strongest on AWS (80% of our work), but we also do GCP and Azure. If you're on something more exotic, we'll tell you upfront if we're the right fit.
Can you just manage everything forever?
We can, but most clients don't want that. We prefer to build it, document it, train your team, and hand it off. If you want ongoing support, we offer retainers—but the goal is always to make you independent.
What does this actually cost?
Depends on the scope. Solution packages are €25K-75K (fixed price, 6-12 weeks). Custom projects run €75K-150K. We'll give you a clear estimate after the first call—no games, no surprises.
