Usually 1–2 weeks from signing. We don’t drag our feet with “discovery phases” that last months. Quick kickoff call, access to your systems, and we’re off.

No. We work with everyone from 3-person startups to 100-person companies. Sweet spot is teams with 5–50 engineers who need serious infrastructure help but can’t hire a full platform team yet.

We’re strongest on AWS (80% of our work), but we also do GCP and Azure. If you’re on something more exotic, we’ll tell you upfront if we’re the right fit.

We can, but most clients don’t want that. We prefer to build it, document it, train your team, and hand it off. Retainers are available, but independence is the goal.
